Zaynah leads the HR Advisory and Executive Recruitment practices at Tact People. She has spent over a decade advising boards and executive teams through organisational design, leadership transition, and the people dimension of growth and change.
Her practice is defined by clarity in difficult moments - translating ambiguity into a defensible plan, and a humane process for the people involved.
